We understand. Please note this in your RSVP so we are aware. We’ll see you at the Wedding!
During the Sprinter check-in, you will receive a color and number coded SRT bracelet. This bracelet serves two important purposes:
Shuttle Assignment:
The color of the bracelet will indicate which Sprinter bus you'll be riding to the ceremony and reception.
Seating Arrangement
The bracelet will also designate your assigned row at the ceremony, and your assigned table at the reception.
All events will be hosted indoors. That said, to ensure your comfort please bring a coat to keep warm upon entering and exiting. We will be offering a coat check.
We invite you to be fully present with us during the ceremony. Professional photos will be taken throughout the day, and we respectfully request that no personal photos be taken during the ceremony. Since some of the best and most memorable moments happen when you least expect it, we’ve asked our photo team to capture candid “in between” moments as well. This will ensure we don’t miss a thing, and allow us to focus on celebrating with you.
Yes, the photos will be available on this website within 8-10 weeks after the wedding. We’ll be sure to send you a text once this is live!
What’s better than the party…the AFTER PARTY!
For outdoor activities, such as hiking, boots are best. During the Welcome Dinner, Ceremony, and Reception, pair your attire with a sleek dress shoe or elegant pair of heels. No sneakers. At Sunday’s Farewell Brunch, choose a dressy loafer or chic flat that complements your apparel.
A suit features notch or peak lapels and buttons, with no satin accents, while a tuxedo has satin details on the lapels, buttons, and side of the pants. Tuxedos are typically worn with bow ties, while suits can be paired with ties or bow ties. As a reminder, you will need a suit for Friday’s festivities and a tux for the wedding on Saturday.
A cocktail dress is generally mini, knee-length, or midi—but this can vary. Less formal than a gown, cocktail dresses often feature shorter hemlines, brighter colors, and playful designs. A gown is typically floor-length and more elegant, crafted from fine fabrics with intricate details like beading or lace. Cocktail attire should be worn to Friday’s Welcome Party, while the Saturday Wedding dress code calls for an evening gown. Please see the suggested colors on our event details page, and don't forget to bring a coat. We will have a coat-check available.
There is a firm RSVP deadline of October 1st. If you do not submit your reservation by this date, we assume that you regretfully cannot attend our wedding.
